Order Changes

We start preparing orders promptly after purchase. If you need to change an item, update delivery details, or request a cancellation, email us immediately with the order number. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cannot guarantee a change once packing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.

Cancellations

When a cancellation can be completed before fulfillment, we will confirm it and arrange an appropriate refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please review the Return and Refund Policy or contact us for order-specific guidance.
